Returns
We cannot accept any items returned without a prior return request. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact us before the order has been shipped. If the package has already been shipped, you will need to return it at your own expense once it arrives to receive a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we'll send you an email to confirm we've received it and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few days. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or damaged products
If you find a defect in your item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange a suitable solution.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, don't worry. It may take some time for it to appear in your account. If it takes longer, contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done so and the refund still isn't visible, contact us at customers@projectmontessori.com.
Shipment
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you exchange an item, the delivery time for the new product depends on your location.
Undeliverable packages
If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information you have provided, we assume no responsibility.
Delivery Address Update Policy
Option 1: If you update your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order, we will ensure that the address is updated accordingly or arrange reshipment if necessary.
Option 2: If you update your shipping address after 2 hours, we cannot guarantee that the change will be applied and we cannot issue a refund.
