Shipment

Shipping times:

- For most of our products, the delivery time is approximately 5-10 working days.
- Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing your order before shipping.

Shipping costs:

- Standard shipping costs 3.99 EUR

For products with shipping costs, we will clearly indicate the shipping costs before you complete your payment.

Change of address policy:

Option 1: If you update your delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order, we will ensure that the address is updated accordingly or arrange redelivery if necessary.

Option 2: If you update your shipping address after 2 hours, we cannot guarantee that the change will be applied and we cannot issue a refund.
